To ensure you get the most from your new EPoS system, we will arrange to train you and your staff on how to use the system, based on your requirements.
We can train all of your staff either in groups or individually, or if you prefer, we can train designated staff members so that they can pass on the training to their colleagues.
Additional training can be arranged at any time as we recognise that there will always be a certain amount of staff turnover in the stores. We can design any level of training programme to suit your requirements and will work with you to ensure it delivers the benefits that are expected.

Our standard EPoS support operation is available seven days a week with the Helpdesk open from 08.45 until 17.45 on 01422 349083. Weekend support we request is for emergency support calls only.

The Support Helpdesk is in-house and operated by our own product-expert team. Our advanced remote support software enables us to offer excellent levels of service.
Support is included for the first year within the initial system cost. From year 2 it is included in the annual renewal fee.
Ordering, stock control, reporting, customer loyalty, stock replenishment - keeping all systems working is essential to the smooth running of our business. POS provide excellent support to enable this to happen.
