New Feature – Repairs Mod

That’s why we have introduced the ‘Repair Mod’ to the XSELL EPOS software suite.
This feature is a great asset to any businesses that offers repair, maintenance and valuation services.

This feature allows you to easily set the type of job it is:
Repair
Clean
Valuation

We have also added additional sub status filters on sales orders. You can now track the status of an order and add completion due dates.

New Status Filters:

Awaiting Quote (a quote that needs to be worked out and sent to the customer)
Quoted/Awaiting Approval (with the customer but not yet agreed)
Order in progress (an agreed sales order in progress)
Order Ready (a sales order ready for customer collection)

There is now the option to add images to layaways (Quotes and Sales Orders) for use when accepting items for repair and valuation. Any number of images can be added.
