Variant Products
With products that are from the same brand but come in differing sizes and colours, we have a feature which would work well for haberdashers. Our style feature allows you to create a main product, for instance ‘Gütermann Sew All’ and then attach all the different reel lengths and colours in that range. It means you do not have to enter every single product individually. It will also save you masses of time when you are re-ordering and booking in.
Workshops
If you are a retailer who runs any kind of craft/skills workshop events then the system will easily let you set up and monitor sales and attendees to any events you set up. It’s also possible to advertise these online with an integrated website.
Multibuy Promotions
The system allows you to set up any kind of multibuy promotion (e.g. BOGOF, 3 for £10, 3 for a £5 save etc). These can be applied to as many or as few products as you choose in advance and you can set the start and end date and time. This means at the allotted time the till will automatically update prices for the duration of the sale.

To begin with you can add a new customer at the beginning or end of every sale, utilising the short amount of time at the till into an opportunity to make a new customer a returning customer so they can take advantage of the latest special offers/workshops etc.
Loyalty Points – the system has loyalty points included so customers can start building from their very first visit. You can set your own loyalty point ratio.
Gift Cards – are a great way to promote your brand, get the word out and encourage returning custom. Our gift card feature allows you to assign any value you like to it and you can even top it up at the till. All-in-all, a great marketing tool.
As well as the promotional and discount tools mentioned above, there are also voucher codes you can utilise – a great way to market to your customer base with the latest special offers to increase footfall in store and online. Once they are in, it’s much easier to upsell!
Purchase Ordering
The purchasing software allows you to collate all your suppliers and associated products. Set re ordering levels, lead times and minimum/maximum orders etc. Set against sale rates you will quickly reach a point when under or over-ordering will be a thing of the past.
Stock Takes
The system allows you to take partial stock takes by whatever criteria you like – by brand, department, barcode range etc. This makes things more manageable. The system also takes into account any sales that have occurred between when you started the stock count and when it was applied, ensuring accuracy.
Reporting
Included in the software is the comprehensive reporting suite, which is a powerful tool in streamlining your business. You can report on any aspect of your sales, quickly gaining an overview on what’s selling and what’s not, any seasonal fluctuations, customer activity etc. Everything you need to plan your next steps.
