Future-proofing a business

When we met Sarah Andrew from Carharrack Animal Feeds last year it was obvious that the business was growing at a pace that meant management processes had become cumbersome and time heavy. The business had specific requirements that the bespoke elements of the POS software system could easily answer.

Special orders for customers is now a simple process and it is very clear on whether a deposit was taken or not. Purchase ordering and goods in is much more organised. All staff find the tills easy to use. From the till you can see how many of a certain product are in stock, and whether we have more due in. It is linked to my accounts system which saves me time. We also decided to have an ecommerce website with POS which is amazing in itself as all product changes and stock levels go straight to the website automatically.
