To ensure you gain the most advantage from your new EPOS system, we will arrange to train you and your staff how to use the system, based on the requirements outlined at the time of selection.
We can train all of your staff either in groups or individually, or if you prefer we can train designated staff members so that they can pass on the training to their colleagues.
Additional training can be arranged at any time as we recognise that there will always be a certain amount of staff turnover in the stores. We can design any level of training programme to suit your requirements and will work with you to ensure it delivers the benefits that are expected.

Our standard EPoS support operation is available seven days a week with the Helpdesk open from 08.45 until 17.45.
Out of hours support is optionally available at additional cost dependent on the hours of cover and level of support required.

The Helpdesk is based here in the UK, manned by fully product trained support staff and is backed up by advanced remote support software enabling us to offer excellent levels of service.
