Our till software has very powerful features for creating and managing promotions and discounts. You can offer discounts to banded groups of customers, harvest customer details and report on customer sales.
Promotions can include sale prices and multi-buy offers. A large range of multi-buy types can be created from the basic "buy one get one free" promotions to more advanced combinations.

Every retail busines requires intelligent and automated purchase order management. XSELL can dramatically reduce administration time and remove financial implications of over and under purchasing.
Recommended purchase orders can be calculated in a number of ways. These include minimum and maximum stock levels by individual or multiple suppliers. XSELL also has the facility to set up templates for regular orders so rather than inputting product information each time, a template can be recalled with the selection criteria already saved.
Our XSELL tablet with integrated barcode scanner allows you to walk around the store simply scanning a product barcode and inputting the required stock quantity to create your purchase order.
A full, flexible suite of EPoS reports are available both at branch and head office level, including:
Full Cash and Chip & Pin reconciliation, Payment Type analysis, Assistant Performance, Analysis of Voids and Refunds, Margin by Products and Groups, Receipt Analysis, Customer Analysis, Full Audit Transaction Log, VAT including second, hand items, Best and Worst Sellers and web sales.
The software also allows you to create your own reports.
For a quick overview the system also has a configurable home screen called Dashboard.
We have developed an ecommerce website fully integrated with our EPOS system, keeping you in full control.
Product data; including prices, descriptions, categorisation information, promotions and even images can be sent seamlessly to your website, with orders being automatically collected and fed into your back office solution for processing.
Alternatively, we can supply a link between our solution and an existing web site.
